Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom Furniture Pieces (including Custom Chairs and Custom Sofas + Loveseats)
- Decor Objects + Fillers (due to their delicate nature)
- Canvases + Paintings (considered final sale as art selections are highly personal)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 24 business hours, our design-savvy customer service team will email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return shipping label (for US returns)
- Detailed repacking instructions
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
For international clients (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using the original carrier (DHL/FedEx for standard, EMS for free shipping)
- Ensure you receive and include the return authorization number on the package
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after inspection
- Appearance in Your Account: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your accent chair, bar stool, or other item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Photograph the damage or incorrect item
- Include images with your return request email
- We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no additional cost
