Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Furniture Pieces (including Custom Chairs and Custom Sofas + Loveseats)
  • Decor Objects + Fillers (due to their delicate nature)
  • Canvases + Paintings (considered final sale as art selections are highly personal)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 24 business hours, our design-savvy customer service team will email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for US returns)
  • Detailed repacking instructions

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

For international clients (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using the original carrier (DHL/FedEx for standard, EMS for free shipping)
  • Ensure you receive and include the return authorization number on the package

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Appearance in Your Account: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your accent chair, bar stool, or other item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Photograph the damage or incorrect item
  2. Include images with your return request email
  3. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no additional cost
