  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch

Our logistics partners will provide tracking information once your accent chairs, dining sets, or other selections are en route to your space.

Returns & Exchanges

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards, these curated pieces cannot be returned:

  • Custom Furniture (Custom Chairs, Custom Sofas + Loveseats)
  • Decor Objects + Fillers (due to delicate nature)
  • Canvases + Paintings (considered final sale as art selections are personal)

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

  • Reason for return
  • Your contact information

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 24 business hours, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return label (US customers)
  • Professional repacking instructions

Step 3: Package & Ship

International clients (excluding Asia/remote areas):

  • Return shipping at your expense
  • Use original carrier (DHL/FedEx for standard, EMS for free shipping)
  • Include authorization number on package

Refund Details

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing: 3-5 business days post-inspection
  • Appearance in Account: 5-10 business days (varies by institution)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for replacement items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
